Buffalo, NY – Brightpoint is a community-based non-profit that prioritizes families and children in every decision it makes. They are dedicated to working with families early on to prevent small issues from becoming major crises. That’s why they adopt a data-driven approach, using research-based solutions with proven long-term positive results to create brighter futures.

Brightpoint has been using a homegrown system to manage QI data for the last 15 years, which is built on outdated technology.

"We were worried about finding a new solution that would provide the same functionality as our old system - until we found QI Folio. It not only provides us with most of the features we're used to, but also offers increased flexibility, usability, and transparency in how we manage Quality Improvement data. We're so excited about moving to this new system; it will be a game-changer for our program quality and our organization." ~ Nicole Johns, LCSW | Vice President – Quality Improvement

“We are excited to have Brightpoint join our partners in automating quality improvement. The QI Folio platform will help them leverage technology to blend the intersection of data and human interpretation of that data that really drives better outcomes,” said Tristan Keelan, CEO of QI Folio.

Johns’ continued, “We're just getting started working with QI Folio and it has been incredibly positive. We have experienced excellent communication and thoughtful collaboration throughout this process. You can tell that Tristan has a background in Quality Improvement. It's like the system was built just for us.”
